Many people don’t know how to use a new uv printer in our unit, because our employees are older people and they are used to the old printer. Now they are not used to the new uv printer, so I became the hope star of the unit and began to help them study the new one. It’s interesting to use uv printer and to teach them that it’s interesting to work in a unit where you sometimes feel like you’re going to lag behind, but it’s good to get along with a group of older people sometimes, at least not as much as the younger guys can do to get to work every day. They still feel a sense of achievement in their hearts.
