我想我是最愛念叨著要減肥的那個人吧，但是我最愛念叨卻是最瘦不下來的那個，其實我心裡也很是著急，因為畢竟女孩子還是要瘦一些比較好看，但是我因為是那種看到喜歡吃的東西就會毫不猶豫的去吃，況且一般還會過量，就這樣的我想不發胖那是絕對不可能的，要是我真心想減肥的話，我想那肯定得注意一下自己平時吃的食物，要是那些自己很喜歡吃的東西很容易發胖的話，那麼我儘量少吃或者是不去吃，我想經過這樣自己有效的自我管理之後，肯定會取得不錯的效果。

我有一個非常要好的朋友，但是她一直有一個很大的苦惱，就是由于身材比較胖的原因，就是買不到適合自己的衣服。這不，我昨天又跟這個朋友去逛街去了，我們從中午的時候就開始逛一直到晚上結束，也買了不少東西，像包呀，鞋子呀，都有買，但就是沒買到合適的衣服，說白了就是沒有大碼女裝，商場里賣大碼女裝的店，實在是太少。雖然個別的也有幾件大碼女裝，但樣式都不好看，真的很讓我們頭疼，看到朋友這么辛苦買衣服，我都不好意思提要她減肥的事了，哎。

記得有一次看養生節目的時候，講的是寶寶出生的時候，我還記得我當時問媽媽生我的時候是刨腹產還是順產，媽媽說是刨腹產，我很好奇的問為什么？媽媽說當初懷我的時候羊水不足沒辦法只能選擇刨腹，媽媽當時還是半清醒的狀態下還看見了臍帶血。媽媽心里很害怕，我聽著媽媽說卻想不到當時會是怎樣一個情形，我想應該是挺恐怖的吧，聽媽媽說了這么多，尤其是聽到什么臍帶血的時候，更是害怕的不想要小孩子了。不過媽媽說并不要緊，等當媽媽了就知道了，當媽媽的幸福了。
